Management of Family Business
In the changing business setup, specially in the business families an emerging subject has come up that is how to manage a family owned business enterprise. Keeping in view the importance of this issue the institute has designed a tailor made programme for the youngsters and ladies of business families. The purpose of this programme is to horned the latent managerial capabilities of the youngsters and ladies of the business families and also to enable them handle adverse situations of family businesses.
